Wednesday Noonday Bible Study: Experiencing God - Experciencing God means that one receiving a divine revelation of who He really is. An example of this is when Joshua and the Iraelites were fighting the Amelekites. While Moses held his hands up to God, the Israelites were victorious. When he let his hands down they began to lose. God defeate the Amalekites through Israel on that day. Moses built an altar and gave it the name "The Lord is my Banner." We began to know God in a great way when we have a personal experience with Him.
Wednesday Night: Series: How To Become More Spiritual
Lesson 1: How Do We Hear The Word: We must understand that in order to become more spiritual, it depends on how we hear the word of God. "They that has an ear, let them hear." This is not audible or physical hearing, but this is spiritual hearing which is our total understanding of what we hear. Remember, faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
